Als longstickmachinist bij Wetering zet je die passie in voor de productie van bakstenen. Zo draag je onder andere bij aan het bouwen van huizen in Nederland. De functie Met jouw longstickmachine, de Cat 340 NG, werk jij op steenfabrieken waar wij mee samenwerken. Jij zorgt er mede voor dat het juiste kleimengsel de fabriek in gaat, zodat er de perfecte bakstenen uitkomen. Laag voor laag bouw je een nauwkeurig kleidepot op, bestaande uit verschillende kleisoorten. Dit doe je met 2D GPS-software. Staat het depot? Dan ga je spitten. Zo meng je de klei goed door elkaar en maken we er bakstenen van. Wat hebben wij te bieden? - Een 4-wekelijks salaris van €3.300 - €3.925 bruto. Afhankelijk van leeftijd en, ervaring. - Direct een vast contract; - Pensioen via BPL; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Goede werkprivébalans: 39 vakantiedagen en een seniorenregeling waarbij je 3 jaar voor je AOW 60% kunt werken tegen 85% van je salaris; - 130% uitbetaling van overuren en niet opgenomen vakantiegeld; - Gezondheid telt: Gratis en vrijwillig medisch onderzoek en sporten met korting; - Opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Auto van de zaak (met bijtelling en NL tankpas in overleg), smartphone met abonnement, werkkleding en een PBM-pakket; - Familiegevoel: Korte lijnen, vaste gezichten, en activiteiten waar je gezin welkom is.
