The posting

Rattaché(e) directement au Chef Exécutif et au F&B Manager, le/la Magasinier - Économat joue un rôle central dans l'organisation logistique et le bon fonctionnement opérationnel des pôles restauration du Mix. Il/Elle assure la réception, le stockage, la gestion rigoureuse des marchandises et le suivi des stocks. Ce poste clé garantit la disponibilité des produits essentiels pour les équipes en cuisine, au bar et en salle, tout en veillant au respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de qualité.

  • Première expérience réussie en gestion de stock, économat ou logistique (idéalement dans le secteur de la restauration ou de l'hôtellerie).
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et autonomie indispensable
  • Connaissance et respect des normes d'hygiène alimentaire (HACCP, méthode FIFO).
  • À l'aise avec la manipulation d'outils informatiques et l'encodage sur logiciel de gestion de stock.
  • Bonne condition physique adaptée aux opérations de manutention et de rangement.
  • Disponible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi, exclusivement en matinée (25h/semaine) - de 7h30 à 12h30
  • Très bonne connaissance de langue Française (lu, écrit, parlé) requise (important de bien comprendre les consignes)
