Magazijn- en materieelbeheerder 40u/week Delen: Over de functie Wij van WEST zijn op zoek naar jou! In onze loods staat het materieel en materiaal waarmee we conserveren en schilderen. Jij zorgt dat het klaarstaat, heel blijft en weer terugkomt waar het hoort. En je bouwt ondertussen aan een magazijn dat straks jouw handschrift heeft. Je begint niet vanaf nul. Onze magazijnmedewerker van 70 heeft veel praktische kennis opgebouwd en loopt de eerste periode met je mee. Die kennis en ervaring neem je mee, en daarna zet je het magazijn en het materieelbeheer stap voor stap naar je eigen hand. Wat ga je doen? - Je houdt de werkplek netjes en georganiseerd, zodat collega's vinden wat ze zoeken en er niets kwijtraakt; - Je verzorgt de in- en uitgifte van materieel en materiaal; - Je denkt mee over het onderhoud en behoud van ons materieel en materiaal. Onderhouden, repareren en opnieuw schilderen horen daarbij; - Je helpt een digitaal registratie- en voorraadsysteem opbouwen, zodat de in- en uitgifte niet langer op geheugen en ervaring loopt; - Je brengt structuur aan en maakt dingen steeds een stukje beter. Werkt iets niet? Dan verzin je wat anders; - Op termijn krijg je het volledige beheer van ons materieel en materiaal in handen: voorraadbeheer, bestellingen, registratie en onderhoud. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je bent handig en sleutelt en repareert graag; - Computers en digitale systemen zijn voor jou geen drempel; - Van een rommelige werkplek word je onrustig. Structuur aanbrengen geeft je energie; - Jarenlange magazijnervaring hoef je niet te hebben. Leergierig zijn weegt bij ons zwaarder.
