Ben jij de schakel die logistiek, techniek en klantgerichtheid perfect weet te combineren? Voor onze klant in Hamme zijn we op zoek naar een Parts Advisor.

Zo ziet je werkdag eruit:

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken:

  • Logistiek en Voorraadbeheer: Uitvoeren van ingangscontrole op geleverde goederen. Registreren van inkomende en uitgaande onderdelen op werkorders. Opvolgen van backorders en klanten tijdig informeren. Periodieke stockcontroles uitvoeren. Beheren en onderhouden van het magazijn en het containerpark, met inachtneming van milieu- en veiligheidsregels.
  • Klantenservice en Verkoop: Verkoop van wisselstukken aan de toonbank. Verstrekken van technische informatie en deskundig advies over onderdelen. Opvolgen van bestellingen en afhalingen.
  • Interne Ondersteuning: Tijdig en correct leveren van wisselstukken aan techniekers. Ondersteunen van interne afdelingen met accurate onderdeleninformatie.

ProfielJij bent geknipt voor deze job, want:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Klantgerichtheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel en je communiceert vlot met collega’s en klanten.
  • Technische affiniteit of kennis van onderdelen is een plus.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Je kan goed werken met courante pc-toepassingen.
