Werk je graag nauwkeurig, hou je ervan dat administratie klopt én steek je daarnaast graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze functie een mooie combinatie van magazijnwerk, stockbeheer en administratieve opvolging.

Je komt terecht op de technische site van een internationale logistieke speler in Zeebrugge. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat techniekers en operationele teams steeds over de juiste onderdelen beschikken.

Wat ga je doen? Je functie bestaat ongeveer uit 80% administratie en 20% magazijnwerk. Een goede combinatie voor iemand die graag afwisselt tussen computerwerk en praktische taken. Concreet:

  • Je maakt bestelbonnen op aan de hand van een vaste prijzenlijst.
  • Je neemt contact op met leveranciers over prijsaanpassingen en wijzigingen.
  • Je verwerkt leveringen en volgt de bijhorende administratie op.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van technische onderdelen in Navision/SAP.
  • Je helpt bij het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Je rijdt met een heftruck en zet geleverde onderdelen op de juiste locatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn ordelijk en veilig blijft.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een internationale logistieke organisatie met een sterke aanwezigheid in de haven van Zeebrugge. Vanuit verschillende terminals en locaties worden dagelijks goederenstromen tussen belangrijke Europese regio's georganiseerd.

Binnen de technische afdeling zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking van het materieel en de installaties. Het magazijn speelt daarin een belangrijke rol: techniekers en collega's moeten op het juiste moment over de juiste onderdelen kunnen beschikken.

Je werkt in een stabiele en professionele omgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en een correcte werking centraal staan. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om de werking en de technische onderdelen steeds beter te leren kennen en op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die administratief sterk is, maar zich ook goed voelt in een magazijnomgeving.

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Office 365 en werkt vlot met computers.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt interesse om de verschillende technische onderdelen en hun toepassingen te leren kennen.
  • Je werkt graag georganiseerd en houdt ervan dat administratie en stock correct bijgehouden zijn.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en vindt magazijnwerk geen probleem.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet altijd af tot iemand zegt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands én Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om na je opleiding in shiften te werken.
