Onze klant is een stabiele, moderne en sterk groeiende onderneming in de regio Oost-Vlaanderen. Als vooruitstrevende speler binnen hun sector investeren ze volop in de nieuwste technologieën en geautomatiseerde magazijnprocessen. De werkomgeving is heel netjes, gestructureerd en filevrij bereikbaar.

In deze rol als Magazijn verantwoordelijke | 2 ploegen ben je voor een 26-tal medewerkers het vaste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je verdeelt je tijd voor zo'n 80% over mensgerichte taken en administratie (zoals de personeelsplanning, sollicitaties en coaching) en staat voor 20% mee in de operatie om de dagelijkse flow, kwaliteit en veiligheid te waarborgen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Opstellen en continu bijsturen van de personeelsplanning op basis van werkdruk en bezetting.
  • Verzorgen van een duidelijke ploegenoverdracht in nauwe samenwerking met het management en de assistenten.
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse goederenstroom (picking, packing en verzending) en meteen ingrijpen bij afwijkingen.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van een team van een 20 tal medewerkers, waarbij je regelmatig gesprekken voert over hun welzijn, motivatie en groei.
  • Beheren van de sollicitaties, de onboarding en de opvolging van nieuwe medewerkers.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in een magazijnomgeving en hebt al ervaring met het opnemen van een leidinggevende rol.
  • Ervaring met het maken van personeelsplanningen en het voeren van medewerkersgesprekken.
  • Kennis van of interesse in 5S en lean principes.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een toegankelijke, warme leidinggevende bij wie iedereen zich meteen welkom en gehoord voelt.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroege ploeg van 06:00 tot 14:00 en late ploeg van 14:00 tot 22:00, met op vrijdag een vroege stop om 21:00).
