Van levering tot voorraad: jij bewaart het overzicht

Als magazijnverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de goederenstroom correct en efficiënt verloopt. Je combineert praktisch magazijnwerk met voorraadbeheer, administratie en coördinatie.

Concreet:

  • Je helpt bij het laden en lossen van inkomende en uitgaande goederen.
  • Je controleert leveringen en verdeelt goederen naar winkels en B2B-klanten.
  • Je volgt interne transfers, orderpicking en bijbestellingen op.
  • Je bewaakt de voorraad en onderzoekt eventuele stockverschillen.
  • Je houdt het magazijn ordelijk, overzichtelijk en goed georganiseerd.
  • Je verwerkt goederenstromen administratief en ondersteunt de facturatie.
  • Je coördineert tijdens piekperiodes de personeelsinzet en prioriteiten.
  • Je helpt de halfjaarlijkse stockverkoop praktisch voorbereiden.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere magazijnprocessen en werkmethodes.
