Bij ons bedrijf in Pelt zoeken we geen klassieke “baas van het magazijn”, maar een Meewerkend Magazijnverantwoordelijke die structuur brengt, overzicht bewaart én tegelijk tussen de mensen staat. Iemand die dus ook zelf zijn handen uit de mauwen steekt. Wij bieden jou een uitdagende logistieke omgeving, met modern materiaal, en een heel fijn team om mee te werken. Een job voor onbepaalde duur, in dagdienst, met werkzekerheid. Jij bent degene die:

  • Orde, Structuur, Kwaliteit en efficiëntie in het magazijn brengt
  • Processen optimaliseert en bewaakt, werkverdeling doet in de ochtend
  • Iemand die zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt samen met je team
  • Een aanspreekpunt waar collega's op kunnen rekenen.
  • Iemand die de kar trekt, niet vanop afstand, maar vanop de werkvloer.
  • Je combineert operationeel meewerken met coördinatie en structuur:
  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met de heftruck
  • Orderpicking van goederen (binnen en buiten)
  • Verpakken en samenstellen van zendingen
  • Scannen en verwerken van goederen in het stockbeheersysteem
  • Controleren van kwaliteit en kwantiteit van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Structuur en orde brengen in het magazijn
  • Opstellen, implementeren en opvolgen van duidelijke magazijnprocedures:
  • Inkomende goederen, opslag, overslag en uitgaande goederen
  • Dagelijkse werking opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor het magazijnteam
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen
  • Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkzone
  • Bewaken van correcte werkmethodes en procedures
  • Beschadigde goederen correct laten verwerken
  • Werken in dagdienst; tusen 7u30 en uiterlijk 16-17u

  • Je werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer
  • Je bent een natuurlijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk
  • Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving
  • Ervaring in een aansturende of coördinerende rol
  • Heftruckervaring
  • Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels
  • Leiderschap door voorbeeld, Samenwerken en motiveren
  • Stressbestendigheid, Initiatief nemen, Betrouwbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid
  • Beschikbaar zijn in dagdienst; tussen 7u30 en uiterlijk 16-17u
