Je schakelt tussen administratieve werkzaamheden, voorraadbeheer en de ondersteuning van collega's. - Verantwoordelijkheid ; jij zorgt ervoor dat het magazijnbeheer administratief op orde is en gereedschappen en materialen correct worden geregistreerd en beheerd. - Samenwerking ; je werkt nauw samen met collega's, leveranciers en de verschillende vestigingen binnen de regio Noord-West. - Structuur en overzicht ; met jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze zorg je voor een actuele voorraadadministratie en goed georganiseerde magazijnprocessen. - Ontwikkelmogelijkheden ; je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en trainingen die passen bij jouw ambities. Je beheert de DBM-locaties in Amsterdam en Amersfoort , waarbij Amsterdam jouw vaste standplaats is. Incidenteel ondersteun je collega's op de locatie in Amersfoort. Jij gaat het maken In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning van het magazijnbeheer. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het plaatsen van bestellingen. - Het aanmaken van inkooporders. - Het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes. - Het versturen van gereedschappen voor kalibratie. - Het registreren van nieuw gereedschap in het beheersysteem. - Het labelen van gereedschappen. - Het verwerken van uitboekingen, retourboekingen en overige voorraadmutaties. - Het picken en uitgeven van interne bestellingen. - Het bewaken van de voorraadadministratie. - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne collega's over bestellingen, leveringen en beschikbaarheid. - Het verzorgen van de complete administratieve afhandeling van het magazijnbeheer.
