Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend bedrijf in de HVAC-sector, zoeken wij een Magazijnier:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle inkomende goederen van de leveranciers correct geregistreerd en gestockeerd zijn.
  • Wanneer de levering niet strookt met de bestelling, regel je dat de leverancier dit probleemloos rechtzet
  • Je zet materialen klaar voor de montageploegen en servicetechniekers volgens de materiaallijsten. Indien ploegen of techniekers materialen bijvragen, help je hen op een klantvriendelijke manier
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie betreffende goederen ontvangsten, uitleveringen en retouren correct afgewerkt is
  • Je verwerkt de retourmaterialen zodat deze allemaal correct geregistreerd en gestockeerd zijn
  • Je geeft aan de aankoper door welke materialen er besteld moeten worden
  • Je staat in voor de algemene orde en netheid van het magazijn
  • Je rapporteert aan de General Manager

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je werkt elke dag in een magazijn in Deinze
  • Je ontvangt en verwerkt materialen, vooral HVAC
  • Je bestelt, boekt en telt de voorraad
  • Je bedient een heftruck en camionnetten
  • Je doet veel administratie en voorraadbeheer op de computer (ERP-systeem)
  • Je ondersteunt projectleiders, techniekers en monteurs
  • Je werkt meestal zelfstandig, maar soms samen met een collega
  • Je begint met een meeloopperiode en neemt daarna zelf de leiding
  • Je werkt op maandag van 7u tot 15u30, andere dagen van 8u tot 16u30

  • Iemand die zelfstandig kan werken
  • Iemand met een heftruckattest of heel veel ervaring; dan mag het zonder attest.
  • Liefst ervaring in HVAC
  • Je doet veel administratie en voorraadbeheer op de computer (ERP-systeem) Business Central, Navision
