FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een praktisch ingestelde magazijnier met technisch inzicht en hou je ervan om structuur te brengen in een magazijn? Zoek je een gevarieerde functie waarbij je zowel fysiek als administratief aan de slag gaat? Dan is deze vacature misschien iets voor jou!

Jouw functie:

Als magazijnbeheerder ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het magazijn en zorg je ervoor dat de montageploegen steeds over het juiste materiaal beschikken.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Ontvangen en controleren van goederen, grondstoffen en halffabricaten.
  • Orderpicking en het correct verwerken van goederen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Voorbereiden van afroepen en aankopen van stockartikelen aan de hand van geautomatiseerde lijsten.
  • Klaarzetten en laden van materialen voor de verschillende werven.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de ladingen volledig, correct en veilig klaarliggen voor de montageploegen.
  • Klaarzetten van zowel kleinere goederen als grotere en complex gevormde metalen stukken voor transport.
  • Zorgen voor orde, structuur en overzicht in het magazijn.
  • Beheren van zowel losse stukken als verbruiksgoederen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de montageploegen en projectleiders.

Je werkt ongeveer 70% van de tijd fysiek in het magazijn en 30% administratief.

Je werkdag start dagelijks om 6u.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technische affiniteit en voelt je goed in een technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een magazijnomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent ordelijk, punctueel en weet het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je hebt voldoende ruimtelijk inzicht om ook grotere en complexere stukken correct klaar te zetten voor transport.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen, Excel en Outlook.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een heftruck. Ervaring met een reachtruck is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
