Dat vraagt om vakmanschap, kwaliteit en een goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Daarom zoeken wij een Magazijnbeheerder die zorgt voor een overzichtelijk magazijn, een betrouwbare voorraad en een efficiënte materiaalvoorziening voor onze collega's op de werf. Functieomschrijving Als Magazijnbeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, organiseren en beheren van het magazijn binnen Van der Valk Shipyard. Je krijgt een unieke kans om vanaf de basis mee te bouwen aan een gestructureerde magazijnorganisatie binnen de luxe jachtbouw. Momenteel worden onderdelen op verschillende locaties opgeslagen. Van kleine bevestigingsmaterialen zoals moeren en bouten tot grote componenten zoals motoren. Doordat het magazijn door de jaren heen steeds verder is uitgebreid, ontbreekt een vaste structuur. Daardoor liggen materialen op verschillende plekken en is er veel ruimte voor verbetering op het gebied van overzicht, efficiëntie en voorraadbeheer. Jij bent degene die hier verandering in brengt. Je denkt actief mee over de optimale inrichting van het magazijn, creëert duidelijke processen en zorgt ervoor dat materialen snel en eenvoudig terug te vinden zijn. Daarnaast bewaak je de voorraad en zorg je ervoor dat goederen niet zoekraken of ongecontroleerd worden meegenomen. Wat ga je doen? - Opzetten, organiseren en verder ontwikkelen van een gestructureerd magazijn. - Meedenken over de optimale inrichting van het magazijn. - Verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst en controle van binnenkomende goederen. - Controleren of ontvangen artikelen overeenkomen met de bestelling en eventuele afwijkingen signaleren. - Zorgen voor een overzichtelijke en efficiënte opslag van alle materialen. - Beheren en bewaken van de voorraad. - Ervoor zorgen dat materialen volgens p...
