Een gevestigde specialist met sterke logistieke werking

Deze onderneming is sinds 1918 gespecialiseerd in vloer- en wandtegels uit onder meer Spanje en Italië. Vanuit Wevelgem werkt een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers dagelijks aan een sterke service voor professionele en particuliere klanten.

Logistiek vormt daarbij een belangrijke schakel. Je werkt in een splinternieuw magazijn waar orde, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. De structuur is toegankelijk, collega's helpen elkaar en goede ideeën om processen slimmer te organiseren krijgen ruimte.

Jij houdt de goederenstroom mee op koers

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat goederen correct binnenkomen, op de juiste plaats terechtkomen en tijdig klaarstaan voor levering. Je combineert fysiek magazijnwerk met administratieve opvolging en klantenservice.

Concreet:

  • Je staat mee in voor de volledige in- en uitstroom van goederen.
  • Je verzorgt het laden, lossen en correct stockeren van materialen.
  • Je verzamelt bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat orders volledig en correct worden klaargezet.
  • Je verwerkt pickingorders en logistieke dossiers nauwkeurig administratief.
  • Je bewaakt orde en netheid en zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn overzichtelijk en veilig georganiseerd blijft.
  • Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's binnen logistiek en transport.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële binnendienst om leveringen correct en tijdig te laten verlopen.
  • Je merkt knelpunten snel op en denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking.

Nauwkeurig, praktisch en collegiaal

Je houdt van structuur en vindt het belangrijk dat goederen, administratie en planning correct op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt graag samen, maar neemt ook zelfstandig initiatief wanneer je ziet dat iets beter of efficiënter kan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als magazijnier of in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je ook behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en zoekt naar oplossingen wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je denkt klantgericht en begrijpt dat een correcte magazijnwerking rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan goede service.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet mogelijkheden om processen eenvoudiger of efficiënter te organiseren.
