Voor een internationale en groeiende onderneming in de entertainmentsector zijn we op zoek naar een magazijnier voor het magazijn in Deinze.

Lossen, controleren, wegzetten, picken, wrappen en laden: in deze functie volg je de goederen van A tot Z.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Van festivals en concerten tot theaterproducties en evenementen: de producten van onze klant brengen heel wat producties tot leven. Een goed georganiseerd magazijn is dan ook essentieel. Als magazijnier zorg je er samen met je collega’s voor dat goederen correct ontvangen, verwerkt en verzonden worden.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
  • Controleren of de geleverde goederen correct en volledig zijn
  • Goederen correct registreren en verwerken in de administratie
  • Goederen op de juiste plaats opslaan in het magazijn
  • Bestellingen verzamelen aan de hand van orderpicking
  • Goederen intern transporteren met een transpallet of stapelaar
  • Goederen zorgvuldig verpakken en voorzien van beschermfolie
  • Bestellingen klaarmaken voor verzending
  • De werkpost en het magazijn ordelijk, netjes en veilig houden
  • Afstemmen met de magazijnverantwoordelijke over de planning en prioriteiten
  • Leveranciers, klanten en chauffeurs op een klantvriendelijke en professionele manier verder helpen
  • Als back-up ondersteuning bieden aan de afdeling Goods In
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om alle logistieke processen vlot te laten verlopen

Wie ben jij?

  • Een eerste ervaring als magazijnier is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis van het Engels
  • Een goede basiskennis van MS Office, voornamelijk Word, Excel en Outlook
  • Ervaring met een transpallet of stapelaar
  • Een heftruckattest of ervaring met een heftruck is een extra troef
  • Een nauwkeurige, methodische en punctuele werkhouding
  • Veiligheid staat steeds voorop
  • Een positieve ingesteldheid en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Een klantvriendelijke en communicatieve houding
  • Fysiek werk schrikt niet af
  • Een echte hands-onmentaliteit: werk zien, aanpakken en afwerken
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig kunnen werken wanneer de planning verandert
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
