Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een technisch aangelegde magazijnmedewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook energie krijgt van klantencontact en administratief werk? Dan is deze vacature als magazijnmedewerker parts misschien wel iets voor jou!

Voor een technisch bedrijf in Oostende, gespecialiseerd in grondverzet- en wegenbouwmachines, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor de onderdelenafdeling. Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie waarin magazijnwerk en administratie mooi in balans zijn. Je zal werken van maandag tem vrijdag met glijdende opstarturen tussen 7u-9u 's morgens in samenspraak met jouw collega's.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van de voorraad onderdelen
  • Onderdelen verzamelen, klaarzetten en verpakken voor verzending
  • Laden en lossen van goederen
  • Goederen en onderdelen correct registreren en stockeren
  • Verzendingen voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • Post en onderdelen intern afleveren
  • Collega's en klanten helpen aan de balie bij vragen over onderdelen
  • Gegevens correct registreren in het CRM-systeem

Het is dus een afwisselende functie met zowel administratief als uitvoerend werk.

  • Je beschikt over een TSO-opleiding
  • Je hebt een goede technische feeling en interesse in machines en onderdelen
  • Ervaring als magazijnier, technisch magazijnier, magazijnmedewerker of baliemedewerker is een plus
  • Een achtergrond in mechanica, automechanica of een andere technische richting is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent vlot met de computer en hebt een goede PC-kennis
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen must
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor correcte administratie en registratie
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
