Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Magazijnmedewerker / Parts Advisor ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de verkoop en aflevering van wisselstukken aan interne en externe klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant snel, correct en klantvriendelijk wordt geholpen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Klanten telefonisch, per e-mail en aan de balie verder helpen
  • De juiste wisselstukken identificeren en adviseren
  • Offertes en bestekken opmaken
  • Bestellingen opnemen en administratief verwerken
  • Wisselstukken verzamelen en klaarzetten voor afhaling of levering
  • Leveringsbonnen opmaken en instaan voor de correcte facturatie
  • Retourzendingen en garantieclaims administratief en logistiek opvolgen
  • Instaan voor het dagelijkse voorraadbeheer
  • Meewerken aan periodieke inventarissen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte magazijnwerking
  • Bijdragen aan een optimale klantentevredenheid

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een magazijn- of partsfunctie
  • Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over een commerciële, dienstverlenende ingesteldheid
  • Je hebt technische kennis, bij voorkeur dankzij een opleiding automechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Kennis van auto- of vrachtwagenonderdelen is belangrijk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, punctueel en georganiseerd
  • Je bent computervaardig en kunt vlot werken in een digitale omgeving
  • Je bent hands-on en stressbestendig
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag samen in team
  • Je bent bereid om één zaterdagvoormiddag om de drie weken te werken
