Als magazijnier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van het onderdelenmagazijn. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn, de werkplaats, leveranciers en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats vlot kan blijven draaien door wisselstukken en auto-onderdelen correct te beheren, tijdig klaar te zetten en administratief op te volgen.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die graag praktisch bezig is, nauwkeurig werkt en interesse heeft in auto’s, onderdelen en techniek.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontvangen, controleren en stockeren van auto-onderdelen, wisselstukken en accessoires
  • Beheren en controleren van de magazijnvoorraad
  • Bestellen van benodigde onderdelen bij leveranciers
  • Onderdelen verzamelen en klaarzetten voor de autotechniekers en werkplaats
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, leveringen en ontbrekende onderdelen
  • Controleren of de geleverde stukken overeenkomen met de bestelling
  • Verwerken van bestellingen en bijhorende magazijnadministratie
  • Informeren van techniekers en klanten over beschikbare onderdelen
  • Meedenken over de juiste keuze van wisselstukken en accessoires
  • Zorgen voor een overzichtelijk, proper en efficiënt magazijn

Je werkt dus niet uitsluitend in het magazijn: je hebt regelmatig contact met collega's uit de werkplaats en andere betrokken partijen.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als magazijnier, onderdelenmagazijnier, parts advisor, magazijnmedewerker automotive of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis, bij voorkeur van auto's, auto-onderdelen of mechanica.
  • Je weet hoe belangrijk het is om met de juiste onderdelen en artikelnummers te werken.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent communicatief en helpt collega's of klanten graag verder.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer er werk moet gebeuren.
  • Een passie of sterke interesse in automotive en autotechniek is een belangrijke troef.
