Wil jij graag werken als magazijnier in een moderne omgeving, waar magazijnwerk wordt gecombineerd met klantencontact en administratie? Beschik je over een sociale ingesteldheid en een goede PC-kennis? Dan kan je rekenen op €17,35/uur en maaltijdcheques van €8 per dag, binnen mooie daguren!

Als magazijnier zal je instaan voor:

  • Als magazijnier sta je in voor het picken en verpakken van onderdelen voor verschillende klanten
  • Je controleert de inkomende goederen en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden gestockeerd
  • Via het ERP-systeem verwerk je bestellingen en voer je de nodige gegevens correct in
  • Dagelijks voer je stocktellingen uit en houd je de voorraad nauwkeurig bij
  • Voor het verplaatsen van goederen maak je gebruik van een stapelaar
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct in de computer worden verwerkt
  • Je staat in voor het klantencontact, zowel telefonisch, via e-mail als aan de balie
  • Wanneer een klant met een defect apparaat binnenkomt, ontvang je deze vriendelijk, luister je naar de vraag en help je verder met de nodige opvolging
  • Ook leveranciers die goederen komen leveren worden door jou ontvangen en verder geholpen
  • Je zorgt mee voor een professionele en klantvriendelijke ontvangst van klanten en leveranciers
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt deel uit van een jong en collegiaal team
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een mooie plus
  • Goede PC-kennis en bereidheid om met een ERP-systeem te werken
  • Een sociale en communicatieve ingesteldheid, met een vlotte babbel tegenover klanten en leveranciers
  • Klantvriendelijkheid staat centraal bij het ontvangen en verder helpen van bezoekers
  • Nauwkeurig en punctueel werken is belangrijk, aangezien fouten in bestellingen grote gevolgen kunnen hebben
  • Verantwoordelijk en plichtsbewust omgaan met taken en afspraken
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Initiatief nemen en niet afwachten wanneer er iets moet gebeuren
  • Bereidheid om verschillende taken binnen het magazijn en klantencontact op te nemen
