Het onderhoud en de herstellingen aan uw wagen gebeuren steeds conform de richtlijnen voorgeschreven door de constructeur van de merken die we verdelen.

Als magazijnier / garantie beheerder zal je instaan voor volgende taken:

  • Plaatsen en opvolgen dagelijkse stock bestellingen van verschillende merken Inname geleverde onderdelen inboeken in vooraadbeheer Opzoeken onderdelen wagens/bedrijfswagens en bestellen Mechaniekers ondersteunen en leveren onderdelen tijdens onderhoud Beheer van alle garantie dossiers, voorbereiden, aanvragen indienen, onderdelen bestellen, rapporten opmaken en indienen ter terugbetaling Stockbeheer in garantie vervangen onderdelen Verwerken dode stock en rapporten opmaken Bestekken opmaken voor de klant ivm vervangen onderdelen / herstellingen / verkoop accessoires Accessoires opzoeken en bestellen Onderdelen nieuwe wagens bestellen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze magazijnier met kennis van auto onderdelen zijn wij op zoek naar:

  • een technische achtergrond zoals mechanieker is meegenomen zodat u de werken kunt inschatten voor opmaak bestekken of als klanten/bedrijven onderdelen opvragen dat u weet waarover men spreekt, alsook bijbehorende werkzaamheden kunt inschatten. Leergierig en interesse in nieuwe technologie Interesse in bijleren en studie nieuwe technieken/systemen Administratief werk schrikt je niet af en u werkt netjes en overzichtelijk Vlotte communicatie en nauwe samenwerking met receptie, klanten en mechaniekers U kunt zelfstandig werken
