Als Magazijnier in onze garage in Vorst ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt verloop van de opslagactiviteiten en beheer je de onderdelen en apparatuur die nodig zijn om ons bedrijf te ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw samen met ons team van wegenwachters om ervoor te zorgen dat de benodigde middelen aanwezig zijn om alles soepel te laten verlopen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Voorraadbeheer: Zorg voor een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde opvolging van onderdelen, uitrusting en voorraden die nodig zijn voor de operationele werking (via SAP). Ontvangst en distributie: Ontvangen, inspecteren en opslaan van leveringen van onderdelen en apparatuur. Artikelen distribueren naar wegenwachters op basis van verzoeken en prioriteiten. Orderbeheer: Bestellingen plaatsen voor extra onderdelen en apparatuur wanneer de voorraad laag is, rekening houdend met levertijden en het toegewezen budget (via SAP) Inventaris bijhouden: nauwkeurige inventarislijsten bijhouden, verouderde of beschadigde artikelen identificeren en ervoor zorgen dat de inventaris zo is georganiseerd dat deze snel kan worden opgevraagd. Coördinatie met het team: Nauw samenwerken met wegenwachters om inzicht te krijgen in hun behoeften aan onderdelen en apparatuur. Ervoor zorgen dat de benodigde middelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn.

Jij bent de kandidaat die wij zoeken als je:

Je hebt een eerste ervaring als magazijnier; Je hebt een perfecte kennis van Nederlands en Frans; Je werkt vlot met IT-tools (MS Office, ...). Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste; Je hebt ervaring te werken met pallettrucks en heftrucks ? Dan is dit een pluspunt. Je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken; Je hebt goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt meerdere taken aan; Je houdt ervan om je handen vuil te maken en bent niet bang voor operationele taken uit te voeren (pakketten klaarmaken,...).
