Heb je ervaring met HVAC-materialen en werk je graag in een technische omgeving waar geen enkele dag stil staat? Dan kan deze functie in Deerlijk perfect bij jou passen.

Voor een gespecialiseerde HVAC-onderneming zoeken we een Magazijnier HVAC die ervoor zorgt dat materialen, onderdelen en installaties tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de lopende projecten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als magazijnier ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn, de techniekers en de projectteams. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen de werven efficiënt en zonder vertraging worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je combineert logistieke taken met administratieve opvolging en stockbeheer.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Projectgebonden orderpicking uitvoeren voor lopende werven
  • Materialen klaarzetten voor techniekers en montageploegen
  • Ontvangen, controleren en inboeken van inkomende goederen
  • Voorraad beheren en stockcontroles uitvoeren
  • Magazijn aanvullen en organiseren
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en een efficiënte magazijnwerking
  • Administratieve verwerking van goederenbewegingen
  • Werken met ERP-systemen en voorraadsoftware
  • Communiceren met collega's, leveranciers en projectteams
  • Meehelpen om processen verder te optimaliseren
  • Je werkt dagelijks van 9u30 tot 18u00.
  • Ervaring als magazijnier
  • Ervaring met HVAC-materialen is noodzakelijk
  • Vlot kunnen werken met een heftruck
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werken
  • Sterk gevoel voor orde en netheid
  • Communicatief vaardig
  • Assertief en oplossingsgericht
  • Commercieel inzicht
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid
  • Je houdt van een actieve job en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Een rijbewijs C is een mooie extra troef
