The posting

Functie

Voor een bedrijf regio Waregem, zijn we op zoek naar een magazijnier in 2 ploegen. Dit voor een bedrijf dat alles doet voor isolatie.

  • Alle taken uitvoeren en de regels volgen die van toepassing zijn voor de magazijniers
  • Op basis van de productieplanning de juiste boxen / plaatsing van de goederen bepalen in een zeer nauwe samenwerking met de collega’s van dispatch.
  • Leiding geven en de werkverdeling organiseren aan de ploeg magazijniers.
  • Opleiden / begeleiden van nieuwe magazijniers en interimmedewerkers.
  • Correctheid en kwaliteit van uitgevoerde taken door magazijniers controleren en bijsturen indien nodig (putaways, loadings, safety, 5S (orde en netheid))
  • De nodige documenten invullen (registratie van putaway vs loading, secundaire taken, checklist heftrucks, communicaties aan team, niet-conforme leveringen)
  • De ploegoverdracht verzorgen (Status putaway per lijn, speciale gebeurtenissen, belangrijke informatie)
  • Coördineren van de FIFO voorbereidingen na opmaak productieplanning.
  • Deel uitmaken van het interventieteam
  • Kennis hebben van de geldende veiligheidsregels en het interne verkeersplan.
  • Je moet tijdens het uitvoeren van zijn taken, de opgelegde procedures toepassen, om de nodige kwaliteit en veiligheid van personen en goederen te garanderen. Hij moet ook de veiligheidsregels respecteren alsook ervoor zorgen dat de transporteurs het intern reglement volgen en de nodige persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen dragen.

Profiel

  • Bezitten van een extern heftruckattest + rijbewijs B is een vereiste / Ervaring met de heftruck is een mus
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, overtuigingskracht en prestatiemotivatie
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en kan ook een team aansturen
  • Je hebt goede mondelinge communicatie
  • Je bent in staat probleemanalyses uit te voeren en te verwerken
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt de nodige flexibiliteit
  • Je bent goed in plannen en organiseren
  • Goede taalkennis van Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt
