The posting

Bij Center Parcs De Vossemeren zorgt de logistieke dienst binnen Housekeeping ervoor dat alle afdelingen op het park over de juiste materialen en voorraden beschikken.

Als Magazijnier Logistiek speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol: je zorgt voor een georganiseerd magazijn, een correcte voorraad en een vlotte logistieke werking achter de schermen.

Je rapporteert aan de Floormanager Logistiek en neemt bij afwezigheid een aantal coördinerende taken over.

Wat ga je doen?

Magazijnbeheer

  • Je zorgt voor een ordelijk, veilig en efficiënt ingericht magazijn.
  • Je ontvangt, controleert en verwerkt leveringen correct.
  • Je bewaakt orde, netheid en structuur.
  • Je optimaliseert continu de indeling en werking van het magazijn.

Voorraadbeheer

  • Je volgt minimum- en maximumvoorraden op.
  • Je voert voorraadcontroles uit en analyseert afwijkingen.
  • Je voorkomt tekorten door tijdig materialen te bestellen.
  • Je beheert het volledige administratieve proces rond bestellingen en voorraad.

Logistieke planning & orderpicking

  • Je verzamelt materialen voor de verschillende afdelingen en werkzones.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig klaarstaan voor gebruik.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning van interne leveringen en transporten.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiënte routes en werkmethodes om tijdverlies te beperken.

Verbeteren en optimaliseren

  • Je signaleert knelpunten en inefficiënties.
  • Je doet voorstellen om processen slimmer, sneller en kostenefficiënter te maken.
  • Je helpt mee om duidelijke werkafspraken en structuren uit te bouwen.
  • Je gebruikt beschikbare data om verbeterkansen te identificeren.

· Je hebt logistiek inzicht, werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en ziet verbeterkansen nog voordat problemen ontstaan.

· Je hebt ervaring met logistiek, magazijnbeheer of voorraadbeheer.

· Je hebt een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en procesmatig inzicht.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van het Office-pakket; ervaring met digitale tools en AI is een plus.

· Je bent betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en communiceert vlot met collega’s.

· Je weet van aanpakken en kan snel schakelen wanneer situaties wijzigen.

· Je bent uitzonderlijk flexibel inzetbaar om zowel weekend- als avonddiensten op te nemen.
