Achter deze vacature schuilt een Belgische voedingsproducent die al meer dan 60 jaar een gevestigde waarde is binnen de voedingsindustrie. Vanuit verschillende moderne productievestigingen worden dagelijks tienduizenden kwaliteitsproducten geproduceerd die hun weg vinden naar supermarkten, retailketens en professionele klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

Doorheen de jaren groeide het bedrijf uit van een familiale onderneming tot een financieel sterke organisatie met honderden medewerkers, zonder daarbij de familiale waarden uit het oog te verliezen. Respect, teamwork, kwaliteit en betrokkenheid vormen nog steeds de fundamenten van de bedrijfscultuur. Hierdoor blijven veel medewerkers jarenlang met plezier aan boord.

Om ook in de toekomst verder te groeien, wordt voortdurend geïnvesteerd in moderne productietechnologie, automatisering, veiligheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Met de reachtruck plaats je afgewerkte producten op de correcte locatie in het diepvriesmagazijn.
  • Dagelijks zorg je ervoor dat de juiste paletten tijdig worden verzameld voor uitgaande bestellingen.
  • Ook het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met een elektrische transpallet behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Tijdens iedere goederenbeweging voer je een visuele kwaliteitscontrole uit van de paletten.
  • In nauw overleg met de logistieke dienst zorg je voor een vlotte goederenstroom tussen productie en verzending.
  • Een voltijdse functie binnen een financieel gezonde en stabiele Belgische voedingsproducent waar werkzekerheid en een aangename werksfeer centraal staan.
  • Werken in een wisselend tweeploegenstelsel (06u00-14u00 & 14u00-22u00) met een correct loon volgens de sector, aangevuld met de bijhorende ploegenpremies.
  • Dankzij een verwarmde reachtruck, aangepaste warme werkkledij en modern werkmateriaal kan je comfortabel en veilig werken in een diepvriesomgeving.
