Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de distributie van bouwmaterialen, zijn we op zoek naar een Magazijnier met klantencontact voor het filiaal in Geel.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je magazijnwerk met rechtstreeks klantencontact. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct worden ontvangen en klaargezet, maar bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun bestelling komen ophalen. Een ideale functie dus voor iemand die graag actief bezig is én energie haalt uit klantencontact.

Als Magazijnier met klantencontact sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn:

  • Je ontvangt, controleert en stockeert inkomende goederen.
  • Je zet bestellingen klaar voor transport en laadt voertuigen.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen van klanten en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct en tijdig worden klaargezet.
  • Je ontvangt klanten en luistert naar wat ze nodig hebben.
  • Je geeft klanten advies en helpt hen bij het vinden van de juiste producten.
  • Je begeleidt klanten in het magazijn en verzamelt samen met hen de nodige goederen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en springt flexibel bij waar nodig.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook vlot met klanten omgaat.

  • Je hebt ervaring als magazijnier en wil deze functie graag combineren met klantencontact.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het leuk om klanten verder te helpen en advies te geven.
  • Kennis van bouwmaterialen is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kan snel nieuwe productkennis opnemen.
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Orde en structuur vind je belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag samen met collega's om de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio van Geel.
