Onze klant produceert vrachtwagens, bussen, dieselmotoren, turbo-machines en speciale aandrijfsystemen en telt wereldwijd ongeveer 55.000 werknemers. Voor de vestiging te BRUGGE zijn we op zoek naar een technisch magazijnier.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Controle en verwerking goederen en wisselstukken

  • Kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve ingangscontrole van geleverde goederen
  • Opzoeken van onderdelen voor interne en externe verkoop
  • Wisselstukken bezorgen aan de mecaniciens
  • Correct in- en uitschrijven van de onderdelen op de werkorders
  • Opmaken van bestelbonnen
  • Toezien op beschikbaarheid onderdelen met terugkoppeling naar receptie Meewerken aan een goed draaiend magazijn
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen en onregelmatigheden aan de magazijnverantwoordelijke
  • Respecteren van de geldende milieu- en veiligheidsregels wat de stockage van onderdelen betreft
  • Ordelijk beheren en onderhouden van het magazijn
  • Actief deelnemen in het behalen en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem ISO 9001:2015
  • Verzekeren van de klantentevredenheid
  • Opmaken en opvolgen PSD's Stockcontrole
  • Periodieke stockcontroles
  • Orde en netheid
  • Ontvangst goederen spoed en stock
  • Labelen barcodes
  • Stocktelling Taken als receptionist / toonbankbediende
  • Verkoop van wisselstukken (toonbankverkoop) o Onthaal van klanten aan de toonbank o Telefonisch onthaal en de nodige informatie verstrekken o Opvolging van afhaling van bestelde stukken
  • Opvolgen backorders : receptie/klant verwittigen + identificatie onderdelen + stockeren in de hiervoor voorziene rekken
  • Toonbank verkoop werkplaats
  • Ontvangst schroot ruil toonbank
  • Orde en netheid

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een goed werktempo
  • Je hebt ervaring in een magazijn en technisch inzicht / kennis wisselstukken automotive
  • Je bent beleefd en klantgericht, toonbankverkoop schrikt je niet af
  • Affiniteit met het werken op pc
  • Flexibiliteit
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en kan je werk goed organiseren
  • Je hecht een groot belang aan orde en netheid op de werkvloer en bent steeds stipt aanwezig
  • Discretie en vertrouwelijkheid
  • Talenkennis: goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
