The posting

Voor onze partner gespecialiseerd in de verkoop van elektronische onderdelen en componenten, kabels en dergelijke binnen de industrie, maritieme sector en de publieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en verantwoorde magazijnbeheerder

jouw profiel:

  • je staat in voor inbound en outbound processen binnen ons magazijn, de retourbehandeling en dit voor zowel interne als externe retours. Je doet een regelmatige inventariscontrole van zowel de voorraad als niet-voorraad artikelen.
  • bij ontvangst van de goederen voer je een controle uit en je verwerkt meteen de basis administratieve taken zoals boeken van onvangsten, documentbeheer, kassement,...
  • verwerking van openstaande orders,fysieke afhandeling van retours en leveranciers.
  • Je gaat zeer klantgericht te werk en bent betrokken bij hun problemen. Op die manier garandeer je een hoog serviceniveau!
  • Je houdt een goed overzicht op de uit te voeren en taken en staat me in voor de correcte werkverdeling, maar bovenal opvolging van de uitgevoerde taken!

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar ook zelfstandig sta je je mannetje!
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis pc
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om zware goederen te verplaatsen. Je werkt bovendien nauwkeurig en kunt een goed overzicht bewaren.
  • Een heftruckattest is een groot pluspunt
  • ervaring als verantwoordelijke is niet vereist, maar geeft je wel een stapje voor.
  • je bent sociaal en vlot in de omgang. Aangezien je onze leveranciers ontvangt kom je verzorgd voor de dag!
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands! Engels of Frans is ook een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
