Onze klant is een internationale fabrikant van hoogtechnologische en uiterst nauwkeurige werktuigmachines voor de maakindustrie. Het ontwikkelt innovatieve en duurzame productieoplossingen waarbij automatisering, digitalisering en procesintegratie centraal staan. Wereldwijd ondersteunt het bedrijf klanten in sectoren zoals luchtvaart, automotive, medische technologie en halfgeleiders, met zowel machines als uitgebreide service en ondersteuning.

  • Onder directe supervisie, alle taken die gerelateerd zijn aan de binnendienst parts sales procedure naar klanten
  • Zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van alle magazijn werken
  • Het tijdig behandelen van reparatieverzoeken die betrekking hebben op reserveonderdelen op verzoek van intern servicepersoneel als van klanten.
  • Controleren en beheren van gebuikte of niet gebruikte onderdelen die terug gezonden dienen te worden naar interne en externe leveranciers.
  • Het nauwkeurig beheren van het magazijn met oog een permanente voorraad te voorzien van noodzakelijk producten en materialen noodzakelijk voor servicetechnici.
  • Coördineert met Logistics om een tijdige en correcte levering te garanderen.
  • Audit compliance (documentcontroles, procescontroles, rapporten, samenwerking met interne en externe auditors indien nodig).
  • Het werken aan “bijkomende projecten of taken” die door de servicemanager worden toegewezen. Deze worden, steeds in samenspraak met de werknemer aangepast in functie van de interne noodzakelijkheden en taakverdeling.
  • Facturatieproces magazijn beheren.
  • Ondersteuning bieden van collega die instaan voor de offertes en bestellingen van onderdelen
  • Middelbaar onderwijs diploma of gelijkwaardig.
  • 3 tot 5 jaar gerelateerde werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke werkomgeving.
  • Gevorderde computervaardigheden.
  • Heftruck rijbewijs(indien aanwezig)
  • Klantgericht.
  • Nederlandse en Franse taal, notities Engels
  • Planning & coördinatie vaardigheden
