Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de inrichting van magazijnen, kleedkamers en archieven voor professionele klanten. Van platformvloeren en palletrekken tot draagarmstellingen en wanden: zij zorgen voor slimme en efficiënte oplossingen die het verschil maken bij de klanten.

Als magazijnier ben jij een belangrijke schakel in dit proces. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent zorgen jullie ervoor dat de juiste goederen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en correct bij de klanten terechtkomen.

Jouw functie

  • Het in ontvangst nemen van goederen en controleren van inkomende leveringen.
  • Het correct stockeren van goederen in de juiste opslagzones.
  • Het verzamelen van onderdelen voor bestellingen aan de hand van een paklijst of orderbon.
  • Het zorgvuldig verpakken en klaarzetten van bestellingen voor transport of afhaling.
  • Het ontvangen en verder helpen van klanten die hun bestelling komen afhalen.
  • Het verzorgen van de nodige administratie bij klantenafhalingen.
  • Het dagelijks opvolgen van de voorraad en signaleren van tekorten.
  • Het opmaken van bestelvoorstellen wanneer de voorraad te laag is.
  • Het meewerken aan de halfjaarlijkse en jaarlijkse inventaristelling.
  • Het ondersteunen bij voormontages.
  • Het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Ben je leergierig en ga je graag op zoek naar oplossingen.
  • Werk je ordelijk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Heb je oog voor orde en netheid.
  • Spreek je voldoende Nederlands om klanten professioneel te woord te staan en orderbonnen correct te begrijpen.
  • Werk je graag samen met collega's en draag je bij aan een goede teamsfeer.
  • Kun je goed prioriteiten stellen en inspelen op de transportplanning.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, zodat bestellingen volledig en correct bij onze klanten vertrekken.
  • Een heftruckattest is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Je bent een echte teamspeler

Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goed georganiseerd magazijn en het tijdig klaarzetten van bestellingen. Je overlegt vlot over de taakverdeling en helpt collega's graag wanneer dat nodig is.

Je houdt het overzicht

Je kunt op basis van de transportplanning de juiste prioriteiten bepalen en zorgt ervoor dat dringende bestellingen tijdig klaarstaan.

Je werkt nauwkeurig

Je volgt bestelbonnen en paklijsten zorgvuldig op en hebt oog voor detail. Zo weet je zeker dat onze klanten de juiste goederen ontvangen.

Je houdt van structuur

Een overzichtelijk, ordelijk en net magazijn geeft jou voldoening. Je draagt er actief toe bij dat alles zijn vaste plaats heeft.
