Voor een stabiel bedrijf met verschillende vestigingen in West-Vlaanderen, zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch administratief magazijnier (m/v). Deze organisatie staat gekend voor hun sterke reputatie inzake specifieke oplossingen en continue verbeteringen aan bestaande technieken. Samen zorgen ze voor een goede service voor elke klant.

Er wordt steeds geïnvesteerd in zowel het bedrijf als in de medewerker. Door de interne opleidingen kan je jouw kennis en ervaring uitbreiden. Hierdoor wordt elke medewerker een echte expert in het vak.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als administratieve magazijnier plaats je bestellingen van onderdelen voor de wagens die binnenkomen
  • Je staat in voor een correcte controle van de werkplaatsplanning
  • De onderdelen die nodig zijn leg je klaar in correcte boxen
  • De onderdelen die geleverd werden, worden nagekeken op schade
  • Je staat in contact met een externe carrosserie om onderdelen te laten spuiten
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de facturatie
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de magazijnier, werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en de onthaalbediende
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je hebt enige kennis van het Office-pakket en kan vlot aan de slag met een pc
  • Kennis van het Navision pakket is een mooi pluspunt
  • Je bent vertrouwt met auto-onderdelen en automechanica
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in een gelijkaardige functie of kan een technisch diploma voorleggen
