Heb je reeds ervaring als magazijnier? Kan je werken met een computer? Kan je vlot samenwerken? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou. Onze klant, een internationale topspeler, is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde magazijnier.

De job

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen, voorraadtransacties en logistieke activiteiten.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte registratie van gegevens in magazijn- en transportsystemen.
  • Opstellen van verzend-, ontvangst- en dispatchdocumentatie.
  • Toezien op de status van zendingen, voorraadniveaus en wagenparkactiviteiten om de continuïteit van de operaties te waarborgen.
  • Ondersteunen van magazijnactiviteiten, waaronder ontvangst, opslag, ordervoorbereiding en verzending.
  • Onderzoeken en oplossen van routinematige problemen met betrekking tot leveringen, voorraadverschillen en transportactiviteiten.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van de vereisten inzake behandeling, opslag en traceerbaarheid.
  • Samenwerken met de afdelingen Operations, Transport en Customer Service om een uitstekende dienstverlening te ondersteunen.
  • Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen die de efficiëntie, nauwkeurigheid en voorraadcontrole verhogen.
  • Het voorbereiden van dry shippers aan de hand van de bestelling.

Je werkt steeds van maandag-vrijdag in shiften van 7u36 min tussen 06u00 en 19u00. Geen weekends, dus ideaal! Het is belangrijk dat je af en toe in een koelruimte moet werken.
