The posting

Voor een familiaal bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de verwerking en verdeling van wild en gevogelte zoeken wij een allround magazijnmedewerker / orderpicker voor een gekoeld magazijn met een temperatuur van ongeveer 10°C. In deze functie werk je in een klein en hecht team waar samenwerking en het ondersteunen van elkaar belangrijk zijn. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je onder andere bestellingen klaarzet, verpakt en vacuüm trekt, etiketteert, afweegt en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert. Daarnaast werk je met messen, die intern worden aangeleerd, en help je mee met de reiniging van het magazijn. Je speelt een allround rol en draagt bij aan de efficiënte werking van het magazijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bestellingen klaarzetten, verpakken en vacuüm trekken zodat klanten tijdig correcte goederen ontvangen volgens de afgesproken orders.
  • Producten etiketteren, afwegen en systematisch kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens de geldende interne richtlijnen en standaarden.
  • Werken met messen bij de verwerking van wild en gevogelte, waarbij alle technieken en veiligheidsaspecten intern volledig worden aangeleerd.
  • Op vrijdag het magazijn grondig reinigen en opruimen, aangezien er die dag geen orderpicking wordt uitgevoerd binnen het magazijn.
  • Je zal deelnemen aan het versnijden en inpakken van gevogelte en zet erna de orders van de klanten gesorteerd klaar. Op deze manier speel je een rol in het logistiek proces van A – Z.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en toont een actieve werkhouding tijdens alle magazijnactiviteiten en dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent bereid om verschillende taken aan te leren en nieuwe werkmethodes op te pakken wanneer dit binnen het team nodig is.
  • Je kan fysiek werk aan, waaronder veel rechtstaan in een gekoeld magazijn van ongeveer 10°C tijdens de volledige werkdag.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent sterk kwaliteitsbewust en kan flexibel omgaan met wisselende taken en veranderende prioriteiten in het magazijn.
  • Je voelt je prettig in een klein team en helpt collega's spontaan waar nodig binnen het magazijn en de dagelijkse operatie.
