Als Parts & Magazijn Medewerker heb je een gevarieerde job waarin magazijnwerk, administratie, onderdelen en klantencontact samenkomen.

Magazijn & onderdelen

  • Je ontvangt en controleert binnenkomende onderdelen en goederen.
  • Je verwerkt leveringen en zorgt dat alles op de juiste plaats terechtkomt.
  • Je werkt met pickinglijsten en zet onderdelen klaar voor techniekers.
  • Je houdt de voorraad overzichtelijk en voert stockcontroles uit.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en backorders op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het beheer van het magazijn.

Klantencontact & verkoop

  • Je helpt klanten aan de toonbank bij hun aankoop van onderdelen.
  • Je zoekt het juiste onderdeel op in het systeem.
  • Je denkt mee wanneer een klant bijkomende onderdelen nodig heeft, bijvoorbeeld dichtingsringen bij een filter.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en helpt bij afhalingen.
  • Je geeft klanten duidelijke informatie over de beschikbaarheid en bestelling van onderdelen.

Administratie & systemen

  • Je zoekt onderdelen op via het ERP-systeem.
  • Je geeft informatie uit leveranciersplatformen in het systeem in.
  • Je krijgt intern de nodige opleiding in de gebruikte systemen.

De functie is dus meer dan puur magazijnwerk: je combineert logistiek, onderdelenbeheer, administratie en klantenservice.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Ervaring in een magazijn, onderdelenmagazijn of technische omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan informatie uit een pickinglijst of systeem correct volgen.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer een bestelling anders loopt dan verwacht of een klant met een probleem komt.
  • Je blijft rustig en professioneel wanneer een klant met een vraag of klacht komt.

De ideale collega is...

  • Je hebt interesse in magazijnwerk, logistiek en technische onderdelen.
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken en bent bereid nieuwe systemen aan te leren.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en collega’s.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
