  • Slim omgaan met overschotten: je denkt actief mee na over hoe we bestaande voorraden optimaal kunnen benutten.
  • Orde en structuur bewaken: je houdt het magazijn netjes en overzichtelijk, brengt labels aan en denkt mee na over een efficiënte inrichting.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ordelijk. Je wordt blij van een magazijn waar alles netjes op zijn plaats staat.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en ziet zelf waar er werk aan de winkel is.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en bewaart het overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere bestellingen tegelijk klaargemaakt moeten worden.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en schrikt niet terug voor fysiek werk.
  • Ervaring in een magazijn is mooi meegenomen, maar je motivatie en ingesteldheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het prima om zowel in Stekene als in Loppem te werken.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur tussen Stekene en Loppem, zodat beide locaties vlot bereikbaar zijn.
