Weet jij precies hoe je overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en collega's en klanten vlot helpt aan de juiste onderdelen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Parts Adviseur / Magazijnmedewerker ben jij samen met je collega's het kloppend hart van onze onderdelenvoorziening. Jij zorgt ervoor dat monteurs en klanten snel en correct de juiste onderdelen ontvangen. Dankzij jouw ervaring en overzicht loopt het magazijn op rolletjes en kan de werkplaats efficiënt doorwerken. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? 's Ochtends start je samen met je collega's met het doornemen van de planning. De eerste levering onderdelen is 's nachts binnengekomen. Jij controleert de levering en zorgt dat alles netjes en op de juiste plek in het magazijn wordt opgeslagen. Later op de ochtend staat een monteur aan de balie die snel onderdelen nodig heeft voor een reparatie. Jij weet precies waar alles ligt en helpt hem direct verder. Tussendoor verwerk je bestellingen in het systeem, beantwoord je vragen van klanten en houd je het magazijn overzichtelijk. Aan het einde van de dag loop je samen met je collega nog even door het magazijn. Alles ligt netjes, alles klopt. Met een goed gevoel ga je naar huis. In jouw rol: • Help je monteurs en klanten aan de balie met de juiste onderdelen • Verwerk je inkomende en uitgaande onderdelen • Bestel je onderdelen, regel je spoedbestellingen en controleer je leveringen • Houd je de voorraad en het magazijn netjes en overzichtelijk • Verzorg je administratieve werkzaamheden zoals inboeken en factureren • Schakel je nauw met monteurs, service adviseurs en klanten Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen werkplaats en werkplaatsreceptie.
