FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Magazijnmedewerker Fleet zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van bestellingen en ondersteun je verschillende logistieke processen binnen het magazijn. Je combineert fysieke taken met administratieve opvolging en werkt nauw samen met collega's van de binnendienst.

Takenpakket:

  • Je verwerkt en verzendt fleetbestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte labeling van toestellen.
  • Je controleert en verwerkt vervangtoestellen met behulp van scannersystemen.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen en stemt af met collega's om problemen snel op te lossen.
  • Je ontvangt en verwerkt defecte, retour- en herstelde toestellen.
  • Je volgt herstellingsdossiers administratief op via Salesforce.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte voorraadadministratie en afhandeling van contracten.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring in een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving of bent gemotiveerd om dit aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kunt vlot werken met digitale systemen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Je kan overweg met scanners en logistieke software of bent bereid dit snel aan te leren.
