The posting

Hou je van fysiek werk? Voor het sorteercentrum van DPD in Lummen zoeken we gemotiveerde magazijnmedewerkers die de handen uit de mouwen willen steken.

De focus ligt op het fysiek laden en lossen van pakketten. Je werkt in een dynamisch team waar tempo en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn.

In deze deeltijdse functie werk je gemiddeld 4 a 5 uur per shift, in de namiddag, tussen 15u en 20u.

Je werkt met dag- of weekcontracten, wat je een grote mate van flexibiliteit biedt binnen een stabiele werkomgeving.

Je bent de ideale kandidaat als:

  • Beschikbaarheid: Je bent elke dag beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
  • Fysieke kracht: Je bent bereid om de hele shift handmatig pakketten te laden en te lossen. Zwaar werk schrikt jou niet af.
  • Mentaliteit: Je hebt een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit en werkt graag in een resultaatgericht team.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je gedijt goed bij het werken op oproepbasis met wekelijkse planningen.
  • Let op: Deze job valt NIET onder het flexi-statuut.

Jouw shift is pas geslaagd als de vrachtwagens leeg zijn en de pakketten gesorteerd:

  • Intensief laden en lossen: Je lost handmatig pakketten uit containers en laadt ze weer in voor verzending.
  • Registratie: Je gebruikt een scanner om elke zending nauwkeurig in het systeem te boeken.
  • Sorteren: Je zorgt voor de juiste sortering op basis van de postcode van de bestemmeling.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je checkt of elk pakket voorzien is van het juiste, leesbare etiket.
