Op zoek naar een voltijdse job als magazijnmedewerker in de groensector, met vaste collega's en een familiale werksfeer?

Voor onze klant in Beselare zoekt Let's Work een opkorter die bestellingen efficiënt helpt voorbereiden en ervoor zorgt dat de beschikbare laadruimte optimaal wordt benut.

Jouw taken als opkorter:

  • Bestellingen op de juiste manier opkorten, zodat ze efficiënt en overzichtelijk geladen kunnen worden.
  • De beschikbare laadruimte optimaal benutten door bestellingen slim te organiseren.
  • Afstemmen met de administratieve collega's om correcte gegevens in het systeem te garanderen.
  • De werkafspraken opvolgen en de correcte verwerking van bestellingen bewaken.
  • Samenwerken met een vaste collega en actief meedenken over praktische verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag praktisch aan de slag gaat en zijn of haar werk zelfstandig organiseert.

  • Je spreekt Frans, zodat je vlot kunt communiceren met de collega's die deze taal gebruiken. Kennis van het Nederlands is mooi meegenomen om de samenwerking verder te ondersteunen.
  • Je kunt je eigen werk plannen en de afgesproken taken zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en controleert of bestellingen correct verwerkt zijn.
  • Je denkt mee wanneer een werkmethode efficiënter kan en bespreekt mogelijke verbeteringen met je collega's.
  • Je hebt interesse in de groensector en houdt van een actieve job waarbij je fysiek bezig bent.

Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen. Een goede motivatie en de bereidheid om de werking aan te leren, zijn eveneens belangrijk.
