Voor een toonaangevende technische onderneming in de regio Sint-Martens-Latem zoeken we een Commercieel Magazijnmedewerker. Al meer dan 40 jaar ontwikkelt en verdeelt deze specialist hoogwaardige oplossingen voor industriële toepassingen. Dankzij een sterke technische expertise, duurzame samenwerkingen met internationale leveranciers en een klantgerichte aanpak groeide het bedrijf uit tot een vaste waarde binnen zijn sector. Vandaag zetten meer dan 150 medewerkers zich dagelijks in om klanten snel en kwalitatief te ondersteunen. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar vakmanschap, innovatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan en waar een open, familiale sfeer hand in hand gaat met professionele dienstverlening.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht voor advies over hydraulische onderdelen, waarna je de juiste artikelen, prijzen en kortingen opzoekt in het ERP-systeem
  • Leveringstermijnen volg je nauwgezet op via leveranciersportalen of in rechtstreeks contact met leveranciers, zodat klanten steeds correct geïnformeerd blijven
  • Naast het plaatsen van bestellingen verzorg je ook de administratieve opvolging, bevestig je orders en houd je klanten proactief op de hoogte van eventuele wijzigingen
  • In het magazijn ontvang je inkomende goederen, controleer je leveringen en zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden verzonden
  • Voor de interne productie verzamel je tijdig de nodige componenten, zodat de aggregatenbouw zonder vertraging kan opstarten
  • Ook het opmaken en verwerken van facturen behoort tot jouw takenpakket
  • Na jouw inwerkperiode krijg je bovendien de kans om offertes voor hydraulische wisselstukken op te maken en klanten commercieel verder te ondersteunen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en combineert een administratieve aanpak met een praktische ingesteldheid
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, magazijnomgeving of technische functie is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk
  • Vlot werken met computersystemen is voor jou geen probleem; ervaring met een ERP-pakket zoals AX2012 vormt een mooie troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans en Engels, waarbij je steeds klant- en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat
