Voor onze klant in Hoensbroek (NL) zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde orderpicker die niet alleen graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook het potentieel heeft om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Als orderpicker sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse logistieke werkzaamheden. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Orderpicken
  • Goederen op de juiste plaats zetten (put-away)
  • Bestellingen inpakken en verzendklaar maken
  • Laden en lossen
  • Algemene ondersteuning binnen het magazijn

Onze klant zoekt echter meer dan iemand die enkel de klassieke taken van een orderpicker uitvoert. Ze zijn op zoek naar een betrouwbare en proactieve persoon die initiatief neemt, meedenkt met de organisatie en in de toekomst eventueel extra verantwoordelijkheden kan opnemen.

Je start als orderpicker en krijgt de kans om jezelf te bewijzen. Op basis van je inzet, capaciteiten en prestaties kan je geleidelijk aan meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen en doorgroeien binnen de organisatie. Dit is geen garantie, maar hangt volledig af van jouw eigen capaciteiten en engagement.

  • Je bent gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en hebt een sterke werkethiek.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen en op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Ervaring in de logistiek is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters of kandidaten die bewust kiezen voor een meer hands-on job komen in aanmerking.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Engels of Frans. Een goede kennis van twee talen is een sterke troef voor de communicatie op de werkvloer.
