Dan biedt deze rol als Magazijnverantwoordelijke jou de perfecte kans om je talenten in te zetten.

Bij een toonaangevende speler in de automotive sector word je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onderdelenbeheer, voorraadbeheer en ondersteuning van de werkplaats. Deze functie combineert magazijnbeheer, planning, administratieve taken en technische kennis. Je krijgt de kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen in een dynamische omgeving, waar jouw organisatievermogen direct bijdraagt aan een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zorgen voor tijdige bestelling en beschikbaarheid van onderdelen voor onderhoud en reparaties
  • Klaarleggen van materialen voor geplande interventies, zodat techniekers direct aan de slag kunnen
  • Bewaken van de werkplaatsplanning en vooruitdenken over toekomstige benodigdheden
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers voor bestellingen, leveringen en voorraadupdates
  • Klanten proactief informeren over langere leveringstermijnen of afwijkingen
  • Beheren van retourzendingen en opvolgen van terugbetalingen of creditnota’s
  • Organiseren en aanvullen van het magazijn om een gestructureerde workflow te garanderen
  • Continu monitoren van voorraadniveaus en stockbeheer optimaliseren
  • Zorgen voor een overzichtelijk, efficiënt en veilig magazijn
  • Collega’s en andere afdelingen ondersteunen waar nodig om de dagelijkse werking soepel te laten verlopen
  • Sterke affiniteit met auto’s en auto-onderdelen
  • Praktisch ingesteld en hands-on, met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Vlot communicatief in het Nederlands, met aandacht voor veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Logistieke affiniteit, met inzicht in magazijnprocessen en voorraadbeheer
