Als magazijnverantwoordelijke ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt en drijvende kracht in ons magazijn. Je leidt de dagelijkse operaties met visie, brengt structuur en efficiëntie in processen en creëert een optimale workflow. Je inspireert en begeleidt een team van 7 magazijniers en onze warehouse officer, en weet het beste uit iedereen naar boven te halen. Met jouw praktische aanpak, logistieke expertise en sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten maak je echt het verschil in onze organisatie.

Je werkt intensief samen met productie, planning en externe logistieke partners en vormt zo een essentiële schakel in onze supply chain.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt een team van 8 collega's met passie en stimuleert hun professionele groei.
  • Je garandeert een nauwkeurige en efficiënte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen, inclusief strategische transportplanning naar externe magazijnen.
  • Je zorgt voor snelle en foutloze systeemtechnische verwerking van transfer- en purchase orders.
  • Je bewaakt de aanvoer naar productie en verzekert correcte picking voor interne klanten.
  • Je beheerst voorraden actief en waarborgt stocknauwkeurigheid door cycle counts en inventarisaties.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met transporteurs, leveranciers en magazijnpartners.
  • Je bent regelmatig zichtbaar op de werkvloer en springt proactief in waar nodig.
  • Je voert ontwikkelingsgesprekken en begeleidt medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een logistieke of magazijn omgeving, waarvan meerdere jaren in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met WMS-systemen en werkt vlot met MS Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je denkt procesmatig, bent analytisch sterk en komt proactief met verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je behoudt overzicht, ook onder druk, en weet vlot te schakelen wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent een echte people manager: mensgericht, met een luisterend oor en de nodige ruggengraat.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring met verschillende transportmiddelen (zoals reachtruck, heftruck, enz.).
