Als magazijnverantwoordelijke stuur je de dagelijkse goederenstroom en een gedreven team aan op een cruciale logistieke afdeling in Aalst. Je combineert leidinggeven met hands-on meewerken, zodat kwalitatieve onderdelen tijdig de klant bereiken. Voor beslissingen over kwaliteit en processen werk je nauw samen met de kwaliteitsingenieur.

Via de afdeling Permanent Placement van Randstad solliciteer je voor een uitdagende rol waarin je meteen een vast contract krijgt bij de werkgever.

Ervaring: Ervaring in een coordinerende of leidinggevende rol binnen een magazijn- of productieomgeving.

Technische vaardigheden: Je kunt technische tekeningen en plannen lezen (PDF, DXF, STEP) en hebt affiniteit met kwaliteitscontrole en meetinstrumenten.

Systemen & communicatie: Kennis van ERP-/WMS-systemen en een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.

Houding & mobiliteit: Hands-on mentaliteit, fysiek fit en vlot bereikbaar binnen de regio Aalst.

Teamsturing: Stuur het team van magazijnmedewerkers dagelijks aan, motiveer hen en verdeel de taken efficiënt in het magazijn in Aalst.

Procesbewaking: Zorg voor een vlekkeloze doorstroming van ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking tot uitgaande leveringen.

Kwaliteitscontrole: Voer visuele controles en opmetingen uit (met schuifmaat, micrometer) en werk samen met de kwaliteitsingenieur.

Hands-on ondersteuning: Werk zelf actief mee in assemblage, montage, herstellingen en goederenontvangst op de werkvloer in Aalst.

Optimalisatie & veiligheid: Signaleer knelpunten, doe verbetervoorstellen en bewaak de orde, netheid en veiligheid.
