Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor audiovisuele technieken? Hou je ervan om structuur te brengen, mensen aan te sturen en ervoor te zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes voorbereid is? Dan ben jij misschien de magazijnverantwoordelijke die we zoeken.

Wat ga je doen:

Als Magazijnverantwoordelijke ben jij het kloppende hart van onze logistieke werking. Dankzij jouw overzicht en planning vertrekken onze materialen en voertuigen steeds correct, volledig en op tijd naar de juiste evenementen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het dagelijks beheer en de organisatie van het magazijn.
  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van het magazijnteam.
  • Zorgen dat alle materialen tijdig verzameld, gecontroleerd en geladen worden voor transport.
  • Het opvolgen van inkomende en nieuwe materialen.
  • Het beheren van de voorraad en het magazijn via digitale tools.
  • Het mee beheren van het wagenpark.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen en een optimaal magazijnbeheer.

PROFIEL Wie ben jij?

Je bent een gedreven en hands-on persoon die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit een goed georganiseerd magazijn.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een basiskennis van audiovisuele technieken (geluid, licht en video).
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs C(E) is een mooie troef.
  • Je leert snel werken met nieuwe software en digitale systemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en punctueel.
  • Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en weet collega's te motiveren om samen het beste resultaat neer te zetten.
  • Je hebt een positieve mindset en draagt actief bij aan een fijne teamsfeer.
