The posting

Voor een productieomgeving in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven magazijnverantwoordelijke. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt organiseren van het magazijn en het correct beheren van de goederenstromen. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten correct worden opgeslagen en geregistreerd, zowel in het eigen magazijn als bij externe partners.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de plant manager en speelt een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van de logistieke processen.

Als magazijnverantwoordelijke neem je onder andere volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team magazijniers en zorgen voor een goede teamsfeer en efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Dagelijks beheer van het magazijn, zowel intern als bij externe opslagpartners.
  • Opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en coördineren van laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Correct registreren van goederenbewegingen om volledige traceerbaarheid van producten te garanderen.
  • Organiseren en uitvoeren van stocktellingen en toezien op orde en netheid in het magazijn.
  • Beheer van leeggoed, inclusief waarborg en reiniging.
  • Opvolgen van de voorraad van handelsgoederen en verpakkingsmateriaal.
  • Beheer en registratie van afvalstromen.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeteringen om logistieke processen efficiënter te maken en de klantentevredenheid te verhogen.
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals inkoop, productie, transport, kwaliteit en verkoop.
  • Up to date houden van artikelgegevens in het systeem.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor de verantwoordelijke transport en de commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in logistiek of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistiek en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt oog voor efficiëntie en continu verbeteren (lean-denken).
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio.
