Voor een groeiend technisch bedrijf in Menen zoeken wij een gedreven magazijnverantwoordelijke die het magazijn verder helpt organiseren en optimaliseren.

Jouw takenpakket als magazijnverantwoordelijke

Als magazijnverantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, goederen en processen efficiënt verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer van de magazijnvoorraad: je organiseert het magazijn, bewaakt voorraadniveaus en zorgt voor een correcte ontvangst, controle en opslag van goederen.
  • Inventarisbeheer: je voert periodieke stockcontroles uit en verwerkt gegevens correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Orderverwerking en logistieke opvolging: je beheert inkomende en uitgaande leveringen, volgt bestellingen op en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden gehaald.
  • Transportplanning: je organiseert externe transporten en zorgt voor een vlotte logistieke afhandeling.
  • Probleemoplossend werken: bij afwijkingen rond voorraad, leveringen of klanten zoek je snel naar gepaste oplossingen in samenwerking met productie en projectverantwoordelijken.
  • Administratieve opvolging: je staat in voor het verwerken en opvolgen van magazijngerelateerde administratie, waaronder:voorraadregistraties; keuringen en bijhorende documentatie; beheer en onderhoudsplanning van het intern wagenpark; opvolging van garageactiviteiten.
  • Afvalbeheer: je coördineert de afvoer en registratie van afvalstromen zoals oud ijzer, paletten en verfrestanten.
  • Ondersteuning onderhoudsplanning: je helpt bij het organiseren en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken.
  • Aansturen van magazijnmedewerkers: je begeleidt de magazijnier en zorgt samen voor een efficiënte dagelijkse werking.
  • Procesverbetering: je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen bestaande werkprocedures.

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft binnen magazijnbeheer, logistiek of een vergelijkbare functie
  • sterk georganiseerd is en nauwkeurig werkt
  • verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en zelfstandig kan werken
  • oog heeft voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
  • in het bezit is van een rijbewijs B
