The posting

Je zorgt ervoor dat de goederenstroom vlot verloopt en behoudt het overzicht over de voorraad, bestellingen, interne transfers en verzendingen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn, onze eigen winkels, B2B-klanten en externe partners. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

* Meehelpen bij het laden en lossen van inkomende en vertrekkende grondstoffen (Stoffen, Accessoires, verpakkingsmaterialen, etc) en afgewerkte goederen (kledingstukken)

* Controleren van inkomende zendingen en verdelen van de goederen naar onze verschillende winkels of B2B klanten.

* Klaarmaken en opvolgen van Interne transfers, order picking en bijbestellingen.

* Instaan voor een correct en overzichtelijk voorraadbeheer, eventuele stockverschillen gaan opsporen en signaleren.

* Zorgen voor een ordelijk en goed georganiseerd magazijn.

* Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van de verschillende goederenstromen en het correct doorgeven aan de facturatie.

* Coördineren van de personeelsinzet en het team efficiënt aansturen tijdens piekperiodes.

* Voorbereiden en intern organiseren van onze half jaarlijkse stockverkoop.

* Mee nadenken over een efficiënte organisatie van het magazijn en verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed het overzicht bewaren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en helpt ook fysiek mee waar nodig
  • Je bent zeer vlot met Excel en werkt gemakkelijk met computers en digitale systemen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels, onder andere om vlot te kunnen communiceren met chauffeurs en externe partners
  • Ervaring in magazijnwerking, logistiek, voorraadbeheer of een gelijkaardige functie is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring binnen de kleding- of confectiesector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste
