Voor deze topspeler, een toonaangevend bedrijf in de energie-infrastructuur, gespecialiseerd in het transport en de distributie van energiedragers zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Techniekers. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en innovatie vormen het fundament van hun werking. Dagelijks zorgen gespecialiseerde teams ervoor dat vitale infrastructuur betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijft functioneren, terwijl opleiding, ontwikkeling en teamwork centraal staan. Als medewerker krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan de continuïteit van het netwerk en deel uit te maken van ambitieuze en uitdagende projecten met een duidelijke impact op de energietransitie.

Als Maintenance Coordinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en uitvoering van alle hercompressie-activiteiten op het netwerk. Je geeft leiding aan een team van techniekers en een coördinator, en zorgt dat interventies veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verlopen. Je combineert hands-on werk met organisatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor projectleiders, exploitatie en andere betrokken diensten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van techniekers tijdens hercompressieactiviteiten.
  • Coördineren van interventies voor onderhoud, versterking en optimalisatie van het bestaande netwerk.
  • Opstellen en bijwerken van procedures voor het bedienen, opbouwen en onderhouden van compressoren.
  • Zelfstandig bedienen van compressoren en uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Ondersteunen van aanvullende technische activiteiten zoals testen van afsluiters, clean enclosed burners en valve tight-operaties.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega’s van verschillende disciplines om de continuïteit van het netwerk te waarborgen.
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in mechanica, elektriciteit of elektronica
  • Oplossingsgericht, praktisch ingesteld en organisatorisch sterk
  • Nauwkeurig in administratie en bekend met MS Office
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
