Als Maintenance Coördinator ben je de spilfiguur binnen het onderhoud van jouw afdeling/zone. Je combineert technische expertise, planning en communicatie met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Planning & opvolging: Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de onderhoudsplanning en de dagelijkse opvolging van zowel interne als externe techniekers. Je bewaakt de voortgang, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt voor een feilloze uitvoering, specifiek binnen jouw afdeling/zone.
  • Coaching & leiderschap: Je motiveert, begeleidt en ondersteunt je team, organiseert opleidingen en stimuleert een proactieve, hands-on aanpak.
  • Optimale samenwerking met afdelingsverantwoordelijken: Je communiceert vlot met de operationeel verantwoordelijken om prioriteiten, storingen, planningen en verbeterpunten af te stemmen. Je zorgt dat alle betrokkenen steeds helder en tijdig geïnformeerd zijn.
  • Optimalisatie & innovatie: Je houdt onderhoudsschema’s, procedures en instructies up-to-date en zet in op continue verbetering. Je denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteit & veiligheid: Op jou kunnen we rekenen: je bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden en leeft de veiligheidsnormen strikt na. Veilig en betrouwbaar werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Probleemoplosser pur sang: Technische uitdaging? Jij buigt je erover en komt met onderbouwde, innovatieve oplossingen die écht werken.

  • Technische kennis? Check! Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring op zak. Machines, onderhoud en techniek? Jij kent de kneepjes van het vak!
  • Analytisch én hands-on! Je houdt van problemen ontleden, maar ook van oplossingen die werken in de praktijk. Met jouw ondernemende mindset weet je zaken écht in beweging te zetten
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt georganiseerd en accuraat, en als er knopen doorgehakt moeten worden, aarzel jij geen seconde
  • Digitale skills? Absoluut! Je beschikt over sterke pc-vaardigheden. Je werkt vlot met Excel, en SAP-kennis is een mooi pluspunt. Je weet data te gebruiken om inzicht te krijgen, prioriteiten te bepalen en structuur te brengen in jouw planning en opvolging.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid? Dat zit in je DNA. Je voelt je eigenaar van je werk en zoekt steeds naar manieren om processen te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken. Stilstaan is geen optie!
  • Talenknobbel? Jazeker! Je beheerst het Nederlands en weet je vlot uit te drukken in het Frans. Communicatie is key, en jij brengt je boodschap helder en professioneel over
