Als Maintenance Coördinator werk je op een uniek industrieterrein waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het coördineren, plannen én deels uitvoeren van onderhoud aan uiteenlopende technische installaties. Je ontvangt een salaris tot € 4.410,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Functieomschrijving Als Maintenance Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren en coördineren van alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden op locatie. Je vormt de schakel tussen de technische dienst, de operatie, leveranciers en externe contractors en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je bereidt werkorders en werkvergunningen voor, stelt onderhoudsplannen op en stemt de werkzaamheden af met alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast begeleid je onderhoudsprojecten en draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen, zodat de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de installaties continu worden verhoogd. Ook voer je technische controlerondes uit, monitor je de installaties, verwerk je verbruiksgegevens en stel je heldere rapportages op.
